Our state of the art process consists of the following:

1) A thorough inspection is performed before every job. We provide an in depth description of the condition of your tile. We point out areas of concern, such as, loose or broken grout or tiles and whether or not wax was used previously on the tile.

2) We pre-spray the tile & grout with Tilemaster 3 in 1 Tile & Grout Restorer, which is effective on both man made and natural stone tiles.

3) After letting the pre-spray set for at least 15-20 minutes, we utilize high powered truck-mounted equipment, combining high pressure and an EDIC Revolution rotary extraction tool with dual rotating jets to thoroughly clean your tile and grout.

Lastly, we offer the option of applying sealant to protect from future soiling.
