The ONLY cleaning method that most Carpet Manufacturers include in their warranties is HOT WATER EXTRACTION, otherwise known as Steam Cleaning. Most warranties today require proof of this type of carpet cleaning every 18 months. This method is always used at A Master’s Touch Restorative Cleaning.

Carpet Stain Removal
After inspecting your carpet and rugs, any special areas of concern are highlighted, such as food or drink stains, pet stains, grease or other solvent based stains and high traffic soiled areas. Next, we pre-spot and treat these special areas of concern prior to the truck mounted hot water/pressure cleaning. If necessary, we re-apply special spotting agents utilizing professional Chemspec Products.

Additional Rinsing may be required for Carpets that have a build up of soapy residues. Lastly, we pile rake you carpeting and then we highly recommend applying Scotchguard Carpet Protector on the high traffic areas to help prevent re-soiling.

Depending on the type of fabric and the extent of the soiling, one of the following methods are utilized...

1. Lightly Soiled Fabrics could require hand cleaning depending on the fabric.
2. Excessively Soiled Fabrics are pre-spotted and cleaned with the Kleen-Rite Jet By Pass Upholstery Tool. This patented upholstery cleaning tool concentrates all the power and heat of the Truck-Mount into a 3" span which rinses all the dirt and thoroughly extracts the moisture from the upholstered furniture, thereby reducing drying time also.
